The Bartender and the Babies: A Friends to Lovers Romance

Guy Veryzer's narration is the cherry on top of this already delightful sundae. His ability to capture the essence of each character, from the sarcastic and guarded main character to the sweet and bubbly love interest, is nothing short of impressive. The pacing is spot-on, allowing the story to unfold naturally, with just the right amount of tension and humor. Bates' writing is crisp and engaging, with a unique blend of wit and heart that had me laughing out loud one moment and reaching for the tissues the next. My only critique is that I wish there were more scenes between the main couple once they finally get together, but that's a small complaint in an otherwise excellent audiobook.
