I was hooked from the very first minute of The Blonde Identity. The dual narration by Andrew Eiden and Emily Ellet is a delight, with Eiden's smooth, engaging voice for Macey's internal monologues and Ellet's spot-on delivery of the story's witty dialogue. Carter's writing is a joy to listen to, with clever banter and unexpected twists that had me on the edge of my seat. The pacing is spot on, keeping the story moving at a clip that's both engaging and satisfying. My only critique is that some of the secondary characters could have been more fully developed, but that's a minor quibble in an otherwise excellent listen.
