Editor's Review ★★★☆

AudioBook Atlas

Having had the pleasure of listening to 'The Chocolate Cat Caper,' I found myself immersed in the scrumptious world of Chocolatier, Michigan. Teresa DeBerry's narration was the epitome of delightful, her voice painting vivid pictures of both the town's idyllic chocolate shops and the darker corners where crime hides. As someone who enjoys a good mystery, I was delighted by the puzzle-like quality of the plot, and by the way the story unfolded at a pace that kept me guessing. However, I did find that the narrative could have used a touch more tension in certain scenes to fully maximize the suspenseful moments. Nonetheless, the combination of DeBerry's engaging narration and Carl's tantalizing mystery made for a thoroughly enjoyable listen.
