The narration is a standout—Sebastian York, Ava Erickson, and the rest of the cast bring such distinct energy to each brother’s POV that I often forgot they were different readers. York’s gravelly voice for Jace was especially magnetic, grounding the chaos of his rockstar persona in something achingly real. The stories themselves are where the magic happens: the slow-burn angst between the brothers and their love interests is written with a rawness that feels earned, not forced. My only critique? A couple of the side characters fade into the background when they should feel more pivotal—like Jace’s bandmate, whose arc felt rushed.
