I had the pleasure of listening to The Curious Case of the Poisoned Professor, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. Kimberly M. Wetherell's narration is outstanding, with her impeccable timing and expression adding depth to the story. Her portrayal of the various characters was spot-on, and her Welsh accent lent an authenticity to the setting. The plot itself is engaging, with a perfect balance of humor and suspense. Connelly's writing style is refreshing and keeps you guessing until the very last chapter. However, I did find the pacing to be a tad slow in the first quarter of the book, but it quickly picked up and maintained a steady rhythm throughout the rest of the story. Overall, The Curious Case of the Poisoned Professor is a must-listen for mystery and thriller enthusiasts, and I highly recommend it.
