His tone is warm but precise, with just enough emphasis on key terms (like “multi-factor authentication” or “zero trust”) to make them memorable without sounding like a lecture. My only critique? The audiobook’s production occasionally suffers from slight volume inconsistencies—noticeable when switching between sections—but it’s a minor quibble. Less forgivable is the lack of a companion PDF for the book’s checklists (a missed opportunity for an audiobook format).
