The Hunting Moon’s narrative pacing keeps listeners on edge, seamlessly transitioning between tense moments and quieter, introspective scenes. Despite the complexity of the plot, Davies ensures clarity and coherence, making it easy for newcomers to follow while rewarding those familiar with The Luminaries. However, some dialogue-heavy sections could have benefited from more dynamic editing to maintain listener engagement throughout the entire audiobook.
