A minor annoyance in an otherwise polished performance. The story itself is a standout in the clean romance genre. It avoids the saccharine trap of so many wholesome romances by grounding Clara’s romance in *work*—not grand gestures, but the quiet respect that grows between two people who see each other’s real selves.
