As someone who's listened to countless true crime audiobooks, I can say that The Last Victim stands out. Fawley's narration is excellent, his ability to convey Moss's growing unease and fear palpable. The pacing is perfect, slowly building tension until it reaches a heart-pounding climax. The story is gripping, but it's not without its flaws. Moss's writing can be a bit repetitive at times, and some of the details about the crimes can be quite graphic. However, these are minor critiques in an otherwise outstanding listen. If you're a true crime fan looking for a story that will keep you up at night, The Last Victim is a must-listen.
