The Method

I was drawn into The Method from the start, thanks to Rick Gregory's engaging narration. He expertly captures the desperation and vulnerability of Frank and Linda, making their marital struggles feel painfully real. The story itself is a slow burn, but it's worth the wait. The tension builds steadily, like a pot on a low flame, until it reaches a boil. The Method's unique therapy retreat is both intriguing and unsettling, and I found myself questioning whether the ends justify the means. My only critique is that some of the secondary characters could have been more fully developed. However, this is a minor quibble in an otherwise compelling listen. If you're a fan of psychological thrillers with a dash of the unusual, The Method is a must-listen.
