I've listened to my fair share of Christian living audiobooks, and 'The Present Perfect' stands out. Boyd's emphasis on 'the present perfect' tense - living in the present while learning from the past - is a unique, practical perspective that I found deeply resonating. Sanders' narration is excellent, his voice calm and reassuring, perfectly suited to Boyd's contemplative tone. The pacing is steady, allowing time to absorb and reflect on Boyd's insights. My only critique? I wish there were more stories from Boyd's personal journey; they're the most engaging parts of the book. But that's a small critique for an otherwise excellent listen.
