The Secret He Keeps

As a listener, I was immediately drawn into the story, thanks to Roisin Rankin's engaging narration. She expertly captures the initial spark between the protagonist and Darragh, making it easy to understand why our heroine is so quickly smitten. However, as the story progresses and the cracks in Darragh's charming facade begin to show, Rankin's performance becomes truly chilling. The pacing is excellent, with just the right amount of tension and release to keep you on the edge of your seat. My only critique is that some of the plot twists feel a bit too convenient, but this is a minor quibble in an otherwise outstanding audiobook.
