AudioBook Atlas

As a longtime fan of Jasmine Guillory's work, I was excited to dive into The Wedding Date, and I wasn't disappointed. Janina Edwards' narration perfectly captures the lighthearted, humorous tone of the book, and her voice is a joy to listen to. I especially appreciated how Edwards conveyed the emotional depth and vulnerability of Alexa's character, making it easy to root for her as she navigates her relationships and personal growth. One thing that slightly detracted from my experience was the pacing, which occasionally felt a bit rushed. A few scenes felt a bit too convenient or hastily resolved, which pulled me out of the story for a moment. However, these minor quibbles were easily overlooked in the face of Guillory's engaging writing and Edwards' excellent narration. Overall, I'd highly recommend The Wedding Date to fans of romance and women's fiction – and to anyone looking for a fun, feel-good listen.
