AudioBook Atlas

I devoured 'The Writing on the Wall' in a single sitting, drawn in by Colin Mace's nuanced narration and the intricate plot. Staalesen's exploration of Norway's underbelly is both fascinating and unsettling, and Mace brings a sense of gravitas to Veum's character. The pacing is well-balanced, with a good mix of action, dialogue, and introspection. My only quibble is that some of the supporting characters feel a bit underdeveloped, and a few of the plot twists feel slightly predictable. Still, these are minor complaints in an otherwise engaging and well-crafted audiobook.
