As a listener, I was immediately drawn into the world of the Zeta Family, thanks in no small part to the narration. Kevin Nealon's deadpan delivery is perfect for our protagonist Katie, while Natasha Lyonne's portrayal of the enigmatic cult leader, Zeta, is a masterclass in voice acting. Amy Goodmurphy's versatility shines as she brings the quirky family members to life. The pacing is spot on, balancing humor and character development with a compelling narrative that keeps you hooked. My only critique is that some of the more serious moments could have been given a bit more weight, but overall, it's a minor quibble in an otherwise fantastic audiobook experience.
