Greg Tremblay’s narration is nothing short of brilliant in ‘Thunderhead’. His ability to differentiate between Rowan and Citra, infusing each with distinct voices and emotions, makes their inner turmoil palpable. The pacing is spot-on, ensuring that the listener stays engaged without feeling overwhelmed by Shusterman’s intricate plot twists. However, there are times when the sheer complexity of the world-building can feel a bit daunting; this might be challenging for newcomers to the series. Despite this, ‘Thunderhead’ remains a compelling listen that delves deep into moral dilemmas and personal growth.
