The pacing is excellent, with Monroe's experiences interspersed with his everyday life, providing a fascinating contrast. My only critique is that some of the spiritual jargon can feel a bit dated, but it's a small price to pay for such a compelling narrative. Overall, this is a unique and thought-provoking listen that will leave you questioning your own perceptions of reality.
