I was captivated by Shirley Coquaire's narration from the start. Her ability to switch between Feyre's vulnerability and strength is nothing short of impressive. She expertly handles the complex web of politics, alliances, and betrayals, keeping listeners on the edge of their seats. The pacing is spot-on, allowing the story to breathe and the tension to build. However, I found the exposition on Fae culture and history a bit dense at times, which might slow down new listeners. Overall, this is a fantastic listen for fans of Maas' series, offering a compelling blend of action, romance, and character development.
