Editor's Review ★★★★☆

AudioBook Atlas

I was blown away by the unflinching honesty of 'Used to Go to Church'. Nick Vleisides' story is both heartbreaking and thought-provoking, and George W. Sarris's narration does an excellent job of conveying the author's emotional intensity. One of the standout aspects of this audiobook is its pacing - Vleisides' writing is engaging and accessible, making it easy to become fully invested in his story. My only critique is that some of the transitions between topics feel a bit abrupt, but this is a minor quibble in an otherwise excellent production. Overall, I found 'Used to Go to Church' to be a deeply moving and challenging listen that left me reflecting on my own faith and values long after the final chapter.
