Vinyl Moon

As someone who often finds myself reaching for poetry in times of turmoil, Vinyl Moon spoke to me on a deeply personal level. Browne's prose is visceral, each sentence packing a punch that leaves you reeling. Turpin's narration is a perfect complement, her voice shifting seamlessly between the various characters and poetic styles. The pacing is steady, allowing the story to unfold naturally, like a vinyl record playing out its final track. My only critique? I wish it could have lasted a little longer. But then again, maybe that's the point - like a vinyl record, it's meant to be replayed, savored.
