I devoured Warning Order Belize in one sitting, drawn in by Jason Mills' effortless narration and Sean Connolly's unvarnished storytelling. The pacing is brisk, with Mills expertly conveying the author's conversational tone. The story is both humorous and poignant, offering a unique glimpse into the lives of young soldiers. If I have a quibble, it's that some of the more mundane moments feel a tad drawn out, and a few of the characters could be fleshed out further.
