Lance Greenfield's narration is the cherry on top of this thrilling sundae. His deep, gravelly voice is the perfect fit for Chance, the tough-as-nails bodyguard with a heart of gold. Greenfield's ability to switch between the raw, gritty suspense and the tender, romantic moments is nothing short of impressive. The pacing is spot on, building tension until it's almost unbearable, then providing just enough respite to keep you hooked. My only critique is that at times, the dialogue can feel a bit stilted, but it's a minor issue in an otherwise excellent listen.
