As I listened to Weil niemand sie sah, I found myself completely absorbed in the world of Ellie Mack and her family. Sandrine Mittelstädt's narration is a revelation, bringing a level of emotional intelligence to the story that's all too rare in audiobooks. Her portrayal of Ellie's mother, a complex and multifaceted character, is particularly noteworthy – Mittelstädt's subtle inflections and tone shifts convey the character's depth and nuance perfectly. That being said, I did find the pacing to be a bit uneven at times – certain plot developments felt a bit rushed, while others dragged on for too long. Additionally, I felt that some of the supporting characters were slightly underdeveloped, which made it difficult to fully invest in their stories. However, these are minor quibbles in an otherwise excellent audiobook.
