What I Know

I was immediately drawn into 'What I Know' by its unique setting - a high school classroom. It's a fresh take on the thriller genre, and Miranda Smith executes it beautifully. Barbara Barnes' narration is exceptional, her voice perfectly capturing the cold, calculating Zoey. She also nails Della's growing unease, making you feel the teacher's mounting dread. The pacing is excellent, with Smith expertly doling out clues and red herrings, keeping you guessing until the very end. My only critique is that some of the supporting characters could have been more fully developed. But that's a minor quibble in an otherwise outstanding audiobook. If you're a fan of psychological thrillers with a twist, this one's for you.
