As someone who's often found themselves in the 'why won't he change?' loop, Ito's insights were a game-changer. Rosenthal's narration is excellent, capturing Ito's warmth and authority. The pacing is spot-on, with each chapter building on the last, making it an easy, engrossing listen. I appreciated the specificity of the examples, but at times, I found the repetition of the four motivations a tad formulaic. Overall, though, this is a must-listen for anyone seeking to understand and improve their relationship dynamics.
