AudioBook Atlas

As an audiobook enthusiast, I was hooked from the very first chapter of Whiskey Business. Barry Abrams' warm and engaging narration instantly drew me in, and I found myself imagining the sights, sounds, and smells of the distilleries he described. Acitelli's writing is infectious, and his passion for the subject matter shines through on every page. I particularly enjoyed the stories of the early pioneers who helped shape the craft distilling movement, and how they faced numerous challenges along the way. However, I did find a few sections to be slightly dry, primarily where the author delved into the technical aspects of distillation – areas that, while crucial to the narrative, didn't quite spark my interest as much as the rest of the book. Still, these minor quibbles aside, Whiskey Business is an engaging and illuminating listen that left me with a newfound appreciation for the world of craft distilling.
