Zombies on The Block

As someone who's heard their fair share of zombie stories, I was pleasantly surprised by Zombies on The Block. The premise is clever, and the pacing is spot on, keeping me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. Tristan Morris' narration is excellent, his ability to convey the emotions of the characters, especially the young protagonists, is commendable. However, I did find the ending a tad rushed, and I would have liked a bit more resolution. That said, it's a minor critique in an otherwise engaging listen. The use of sound effects is also noteworthy, adding a layer of immersion that I don't often find in audiobooks. If you're looking for a fresh take on the zombie genre, this is a must-listen.
