As someone who's always been intrigued by the law of attraction but struggled to apply it, I found 'Advanced Manifesting With Frequencies' to be a game-changer. Linda West breaks down the process into simple, manageable steps, making it feel achievable even for skeptics like me. Jennifer Jill Araya's narration is excellent - she brings a warmth and enthusiasm to the material that makes it feel like she's right there with you, guiding you through each exercise. My only critique is that some of the frequency exercises could have been a bit longer to allow for deeper exploration. However, this is a minor point in an otherwise outstanding audiobook. I've already started seeing changes in my life since applying what I've learned, and I can't recommend it enough.
