Dreadnought

I devoured 'Dreadnought' in a single, thrilling listen, drawn in by Kate Reading's compelling narration and Cherie Priest's imaginative storytelling. The pacing is well-balanced, hurtling forward with a sense of urgency that's hard to resist. One of the standout elements is the way Priest seamlessly integrates historical figures and events into her alternate history narrative, adding depth and authenticity to the story. My only quibble is that some of the supporting characters feel a bit one-dimensional, and I occasionally found myself wishing for a bit more attention to world-building details. Overall, though, 'Dreadnought' is a gripping and entertaining listen that's sure to appeal to fans of steampunk and alternate history.
