As a fan of Riordan's Percy Jackson series, I was thrilled to dive back into this world with 'The Son of Neptune'. The narration is top-notch, with David García Llop's smooth storytelling and Olivia Vives' delightful portrayal of the feisty Thalia gracefully carrying the story forward. Luis Torrelles' deep, resonant voice adds gravitas to the more serious moments, creating a well-rounded listening experience. The pacing is excellent, balancing action-packed scenes with character development and mythology lessons. My only critique is that some of the jokes can feel a bit forced at times, but overall, it's a minor issue in this otherwise captivating tale. If you're a fan of action-packed young adult fiction with a healthy dose of mythology and humor, this audiobook is a must-listen.
