I was hooked from the get-go. Pirhalla's narration is spot-on, capturing the dry wit of Vince and the rest of the office crew, while also bringing the alien threat to life with chilling intensity. The pacing is excellent, balancing moments of levity with tense, edge-of-your-seat action. My only critique is that some of the alien technology explanations could've been simplified for non-tech listeners. But overall, 'Engineer's Odyssey' is a standout listen that'll leave you eager for the next installment.
