Falling for Her Boss

Monique Makena's narration is a standout feature of this audiobook. Her ability to convey the raw emotions of both Jace and Emma is nothing short of exceptional. She effortlessly switches between characters, bringing each one to life with her expressive delivery. The pacing is spot-on, allowing the story to unfold naturally, with just the right balance of tension and tenderness. However, I must admit, the occasional heavy-handed use of religious themes did feel a tad preachy at times. Despite this, Falling for Her Boss is a captivating listen that will leave you rooting for these two lovebirds until the very end.
