Cindy Kay's portrayal of the characters in Egg Drop Dead is nothing short of brilliant. Her ability to distinguish between the diverse personalities within the Ho-Lee Noodle House team adds depth and authenticity to each scene. The pacing is excellent, maintaining a steady suspense that keeps you hooked throughout the audiobook’s duration. While the mystery elements are well-executed, there's an occasional over-reliance on coincidence that might feel a bit contrived for some listeners. Nonetheless, Vivien Chien’s sharp wit and clever plot twists more than make up for it. The production quality is top-notch, with clear audio and effective sound effects that enhance the listening experience.
