Her First Mistake

I was thoroughly engrossed in 'Her First Mistake' from start to finish. Stephanie Németh-Parker's narration is superb, conveying the emotional depth and complexity of the characters through her nuanced performance. The pacing is well-balanced, with a good mix of action, suspense, and quieter moments. One of the standout aspects of this audiobook is the way Elliot seamlessly weaves together the personal and professional aspects of the protagonist's life, creating a rich and compelling narrative. My only minor quibbles are that some of the supporting characters feel a bit underdeveloped, and a couple of plot twists feel slightly predictable. Overall, however, this is a gripping and engaging listen that fans of police procedurals will love.
