Editor's Review ★★★★

AudioBook Atlas

As someone who's often found philosophy texts dense and dry, I was pleasantly surprised by 'Humanism'. Cave's writing is refreshingly straightforward, and Powell's narration is a perfect match, her tone conversational yet authoritative. She navigates Cave's explorations of morality, politics, and existence with ease, making even the most abstract concepts feel tangible. The pacing is excellent, never feeling rushed or overly slow. My only critique is that at times, the book can feel a tad too focused on debunking religious beliefs, which might alienate some listeners. But overall, 'Humanism' is an engaging, thought-provoking listen that will appeal to anyone curious about the humanist perspective.
