AudioBook Atlas

Montoya's narration is the star of this audiobook. His deep, resonant voice lulls you into a sense of calm, only to have the story's unsettling events jar you awake. The pacing is perfect, allowing Kafka's prose to breathe and the tension to build. The stories are short, but each packs a powerful punch, leaving you with a sense of unease that lingers long after listening. My only critique is that the transitions between stories could be a tad smoother, but that's a minor quibble in an otherwise excellent production.
