I was immediately drawn into the world of Arborville, New Jersey, and its lovable, yet flawed inhabitants. Callie Beaulieu's narration is a standout feature, her ability to differentiate characters and convey their emotions making the story all the more engaging. The pacing is excellent, keeping listeners on the edge of their seats as Pamela Paterson unravels the mystery behind Ingrid Barrick's murder. However, I must admit, the supernatural twist felt a bit forced at times, detracting slightly from the otherwise grounded plot.
