Nell Brach, the Complete Set

As a listener, I was immediately drawn into Nell's world, thanks in large part to Susan Marlowe's engaging narration. She expertly captures the essence of each character, from Nell's determined and resourceful protagonist to the quirky and sometimes menacing townsfolk. The pacing is spot-on, building tension and suspense with each revelation. However, I found some of the red herrings a bit too obvious, which occasionally detracted from the overall tension. Despite this, the story's strong sense of place and compelling characters make Nell Brach, the Complete Set a standout listen. Fans of Gillian Flynn and Paula Hawkins will find much to love here.
