I devoured 'Nemesis' in a single sitting, and it's not because of its short duration. Beers' storytelling is so tight and engaging, it's like watching a high-stakes thriller unfold. Baldree's narration is a standout, perfectly capturing Morena's alien perspective. He's able to convey her cold, calculating nature without making her feel one-dimensional. My only critique? I wish we'd gotten more insight into the human characters' motivations. But that's a small complaint in an otherwise stellar listen.
