Never Strikes Twice

Robert Ferraro's narration is a standout feature of 'Never Strikes Twice'. He masterfully captures the desperation and confusion of Herb, the husband under suspicion, making him a relatable everyman despite the sinister circumstances. The story is a slow burn that builds to a satisfying climax, with twists that are cleverly foreshadowed but still manage to surprise. The pacing is near-perfect, maintaining tension without feeling rushed. My only critique is that some secondary characters could have been more fully fleshed out, but that's a minor quibble in an otherwise excellent debut.
