Editor's Review ★★★★

AudioBook Atlas

As someone who has always been drawn to stories that challenge societal norms, I found Parrotfish to be a deeply moving and thought-provoking listen. Sunil Malhotra's narration was exceptional, capturing the protagonist's vulnerability and inner turmoil with masterful precision. His ability to convey the protagonist's emotions, especially during the more intense scenes, was truly commendable. However, I did feel that the pacing could have been more dynamic at times, as the story tended to lag in certain parts. Despite this minor issue, Parrotfish is an audiobook that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a compelling coming-of-age story that sheds light on the struggles of navigating gender identity and self-discovery.
