Police at the Station and They Don’t Look Friendly

I was hooked from the first chapter. The crossbow murder is a chilling introduction to a story that's as much about the political climate as it is about the hunt for a killer. Doyle's narration is a tour de force, bringing the streets of Belfast to life with a richness that's almost palpable. The pacing is relentless, with twists that keep you guessing until the very end. My only critique? I wish there was more of McKinty's sharp, witty dialogue. But that's a small quibble in an otherwise outstanding audiobook.
