As a lifelong Python fan, I was delighted to find that 'Seriously Silly' is every bit as hilarious and insightful as I'd hoped. Jones' narration is warm and engaging, painting vivid pictures of his life and work. The book's pacing is spot-on, balancing laugh-out-loud moments with poignant reflections on his career and the world of comedy. My only critique is that I wish there were more stories about the Pythons' film work, but that's a minor quibble in an otherwise excellent listen. Eric Idle's contributions are the icing on the cake, providing a perfect complement to Jones' voice and adding an extra layer of Python humor. Highly recommended!
