Servobattalion

I was immediately drawn into the gritty, war-torn universe of Servobattalion. Shedlock's narration is nothing short of exceptional, his ability to distinguish between characters and convey their emotions through tone and pacing is truly impressive. The story moves at a breakneck speed, with battles that are as intense as they are frequent. However, I found some of the world-building to be a bit rushed, with certain aspects of the universe feeling underdeveloped. Despite this, Livadny's exploration of what it means to be human in a world dominated by machines is thought-provoking and engaging. If you're a fan of cyberpunk and don't mind a story that's heavy on action and light on exposition, Servobattalion is an audiobook you won't want to miss.
