Socially Orcward

As someone who enjoys a good romance with a touch of fantasy, I was drawn to Socially Orcward by Lisa Henry. Narrated by the talented Nick J. Russo, this audiobook exceeded my expectations, with Russo's performance adding depth and emotion to the characters' journey. The story of Dave, an orc with a love for dragons and music, and Simon, the new kitchen boy with an unexpected connection to Dave's world, is both heartwarming and entertaining. Russo's ability to convey the characters' emotions and the sweet, developing friendship between Dave and Simon makes for a delightful listen. However, I did feel that some of the secondary characters could have been more developed, as their roles in the story felt a bit underexplored. Overall, Socially Orcward is a charming, clean, and wholesome audiobook that I would recommend to anyone looking for a feel-good romance with a touch of fantasy.
