Splitsville

As someone who's usually more drawn to cozy mysteries, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed Splitsville. Kenzi Rivera is a heroine you can't help but root for, and Carrie Coello's narration is nothing short of stellar. She captures Kenzi's spirit perfectly, making you feel every ounce of her anger, frustration, and determination. The story moves at a good clip, with just the right amount of twists to keep you guessing. My only critique is that some of the secondary characters could have been more fully developed. But overall, this is a thrilling listen that will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end.
