The First Quest

I was immediately drawn into The First Quest's unique premise. Bucky's reluctance to embrace his destiny was a refreshing change from the typical hero's journey, making his growth all the more satisfying. Waters and Bliss are a dream team, their narration styles complementing each other perfectly. Waters' deadpan delivery captures Bucky's dry wit, while Bliss' expressive vocals bring depth to the supporting cast. The pacing is excellent, with just the right balance of action, dialogue, and exposition. My only critique is that some of the world-building could have been more seamless, as it sometimes felt like info-dumps. Overall, though, this is a fantastic listen that left me eager for the next installment.
