Rebecca Mitchell's narration is the star of the show in 'The Witch Is Back'. She masterfully differentiates characters, from the intrepid librarian and witch, Drake, to the eclectic townsfolk of Mystic Bay. Her pacing is spot on, building tension and suspense as Drake unravels the mystery behind a series of eerie murders. The story itself is a delightful mix of the familiar and the fantastical, with a murder mystery at its core, but infused with just the right amount of witchcraft and the supernatural to keep it fresh and intriguing. My only critique is that the ending felt a tad rushed, but it's a minor quibble in an otherwise engaging listen.
