Ash and Starlight

As someone who's always been a sucker for dragons and political intrigue, I found Ash and Starlight to be an incredibly satisfying listen. Virtual Voice's narration is a standout feature of this audiobook. They manage to convey Lyra's strength and vulnerability with equal measure, making her a character that's easy to root for. The pacing is excellent, balancing action-packed scenes with quieter moments of introspection, allowing the listener to fully immerse themselves in Lyra's journey. My only critiques would be that at times, the sheer number of characters and political factions can feel a bit overwhelming, and there were a few instances where the narration felt a bit too rushed. However, these are minor quibbles in an otherwise excellent audiobook.
