Blood Defense

I devoured Blood Defense in a single sitting, and I can’t recommend it enough. Tavia Gilbert’s performance is outstanding—her voice perfectly captures Samantha’s confidence and vulnerability, making the character feel utterly real. The pacing is relentless, with twists and turns that keep you guessing until the very end. The legal details are immersive, and the moral ambiguity of the protagonist adds depth to the story. The only minor critique is that the supporting characters sometimes feel a bit one-dimensional, but that’s a small quibble in an otherwise thrilling listen. If you love legal thrillers with a strong female lead, this is a must-listen.
